Sylvan Richter of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025. He was 90 years old. The beloved husband of Lois B. Richter; devoted father of Daniel Richter and his wife Sharon; and proud grandfather of Jeremy and Sabrina Richter.
