Terrie Ann Jungers Gilmore passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on April 1, 2026 with her loving husband of 52 years David Gilmore at her side.

She is survived by husband David, sons David Gilmore, Jr. (Megan McDonald) and Daniel Gilmore, daughters Holly Gilmore and Robin Gilmore; grandchildren Jack Gilmore and Lucy Gilmore, to whom she was affectionately known as "G"; sister to Michael Jungers, Deedra Jungers, David Jungers (Barbara Schafer), and the late Pamela Jungers; daughter to the late Alfred Jungers and Dee Jungers (née Dick). Terrie is also survived by many more loving family members and dear friends she made as a lifelong Marylander.

A graduate of Dulaney High School (Class of 1972), Terrie and Dave married in 1974 and built a life and a family together that spanned over the ensuing half century, most of which was spent in the peaceful countryside of Monkton.

Terrie was a gentle soul who always wanted the best for those she loved and those around her. In addition to actively raising her and Dave's four children, she dedicated 20 years of her life to Baltimore County Public Schools, serving as a classroom paraprofessional to help the students who needed her empathy and warmth the most.

She appreciated the simple joys of life — a great song, a good long walk outdoors, a well-timed joke, a relaxing evening, a cat on her lap, and of course, a treat after dinner. She especially cherished her trips with family and friends to anywhere with a relaxing beach and warm waters.

Terrie will be forever remembered and missed by all who knew and loved her.
