Thomas John Franz of Parkville, Maryland passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021. He was 75 years old. Thomas was the beloved son of the late Raymond Thomas Franz and Dorothy Ella (nee Russell) Heisterhagan; dear step son of the late Herman Heisterhagan; loving brother of the late Sharon Kantorski; cherished cousin of Dennis M. O'Mailey and his wife D. Anne "Buncie" and Cheryl Ritter.
