On Monday June 13, 2022, William Howard Brown age 80 of Monkton, Maryland.  Bill was a 1959 graduate of Towson High School in Towson, Maryland.  He was the co-owner of Sparks Concrete Pumping Company. Bill was an avid Sprint Car Fan and when he was younger, he enjoyed goose hunting.

Bill was the beloved husband of Cynthia M. McNeil of 40 years; devoted father of Kym M. Brown; brother-in-law of Robert M. McNeil.
